Newbie to forum am joining hoping to find help locating old Hot Rot magazine with old friend's 74 Ranchero in it. His ex-wife tossed all his pix and mags out years ago. His vision is failing so want to find pix again for him to see. Hoping someone here might have a copy of mag or pix of truck that they took at any shows in Southern California he was in that they can scan or sell.
It was a 74 (?) Ranchero black with flames. He had a taunue cover for the truckbed and had mural of a guy on a mystical creature that is chained down with the guy reaching his arm up to try to touch a woman in the sky.
Modified engine with ram sticking out of hood and all braided lines. Pictures were taken on grass in late 70's maybe early 1980. I would ask him but want this to be a surprise. His name was Bob Ford from Norco CA. Also had a white/graphic striped Camaro (80's) in another magazine and shows. Need suggestions on how to search and Hot Rod magazine could not help me.

Any help would be fantastic. I know this would be the place where the experts "Car Lovers " would be.
