When you install new gaskets, always run the engine for 20 or 30 minutes and then re-tighten your bolts. If they continue to loosen, you might want to use those bolt lock devices that are flat metal strips that go under the bolt, and have a tab you bend up to lock the bolt head into place.

Dan J, I never have tried running the engine before but I will
I bought the bolt locking out of Jegs but if the nut don't lock down in the right spot the washer is no good I can make new washers .I was looking easer fix I'll try running the engine first.

Another alternative is to stainless safety wire them once you've got them at their seated position.
Grade 8 sell a locking fastener for header bolts. They consist of a groved header bolt, locking retainer and c clip. The one from Jegs are probably the same. When I was at the SEMA I talked to one of the reps at their booth, as the locking retainer always had to be ground down to make it fit on header, and that didn't always work. They now have another piece that replaces the locking ring over their header bolt. Its a flag nut and it comes in two sizes. It has solved my problem using the smaller version. I'm not sure that its shown on their website yet, www.stage8.com, but the guy I talked to is Glenn Thompson at 415-485-5340. Give them a call and they might be able to help you.
This may sound kinda cheap but I put regular lock washers and a touch of lock tight on mine. They are doing great...Jim:3dSMILE:
As Bob said, safety wire works the best.

Using studs and "egging" the nuts slightly using a vise works really well-makes for a clean looking install too.
