As for your comment above...................................they always do!! One of the hardest messages to get across to the inexperienced. Be happy you figured it out earlier than most.
I usually have my projects planned out to the last dime....... then I spend another $5,000 to finish them. Haven't decided if this is caused by inflation or add-ons !!
when I first started it was going to be just a nice streetrod one thing lead to another, i'm not doing the body my self i'm not a body man but i do have the motor at my shop ( machinist by trade) I bought some parts from Billet then I started making some parts you can't buy, after they were polished you would think they came from Billet.
hartside... i too am working on a 34 ford project... i say "project" but let me explain... i purchased the car a couple years ago but it needs some tlc... i am currently working the front end trying to take care of a few bugs in it... will gladly share my experiences with you to help your cause... lastley...
Larry, I bought a TCI front end an 2 weeks ago bought a Heidt's Super Ride for the rear the one thing I do need is a rear wheel panel for the right rear I don't think there's one in the world.
hartside.... will ask around but do not know of one off hand... as far as your project, sounds like the parts are coming together and should be a sweet ride when its rollin... my car has the stock mustang II font clip and i am thinking about an upgrade ...

an a ton of parts. 34 3 window he has 14 cars.
hartside... thanks for the offer, i'll keep it in mind... don't really need any parts at the moment but you never know, right??? anyway i am trying to get my car road trip ready and it just needs a good going over... already have given the wirring a work over as the grounds were marginal and some loose ended wires needed to be properly terminated... cleaned up some of the interior hardware and now i am on to the suspension and drive train... had to pull the tank and redo the vent and over fill lines... sounds like your project is still on blocks??? or is it a roller... lastley....

hartside, if its not too much trouble, i need the speedometer,gas gauge & amp gauge for a 34 ford. would your friend have these & how much ? thanks.
