Okay, lets try and get this straight.-You had someone put a used engine in your car, and your not happy with it. You want to keep the used engine, but you want the wiring redone. You want the guy who can fix it to be in Mn. You want the car to have more power, when its finished. You want whoever is going to fix it to be a "certified professional", and you have an operating budget of $1500, which at $40 per hour buys you 37 1/2 hours and that doesn't allow for purchasing any parts. Right????
