    Wow, you need some rings in that thing. It smokes like MAD on takeoff..

    Rings weren't the problem, the owner was . I Had the carb way too rich, plus a clogged airbleed in the carb didn't help matters as it made it rich also. I found these things out after we did the video and I haven't had time to make a new one.

    Just a little 383. Solid roller XR280R comp cam, Dart heads 215cc, single-plane intake, Mighty Demon 750, 11:1 compression. I'm putting in a Turbo700R4 in this spring with a 3000rpm lock-up stall converter, along with a Zex perimeter nitrous system just to spice things up a bit.
