Spray, you're close, but the Kugel is based around the 5.0 liter pushrod motors. The ones at SEMA are the dual overhead cam modulars. That's what blew me away. And they actually fit between the towers!! It wouldn't surprise me if Ford had Kugel, or someone else, do the actual work, but no credit was given that I could see.
