Hey Welcome aboard. You'll find this site very informative and the members seem to be very helpful.
I liked the looks of my 68 427 400 hp vette but I never did like driving it much. It looked pretty sweet parked on the street.
What's Your current ride?

I'm not really sure. It felt kind of cheap and fragile. It had tons of power though, that I do miss. I was used to thunderbirds which had a much different ride than the vettes.
I had a 66 c10 short bed flletside that had a 454 in it. That I loved and tell my wife how much I miss it every day. Had to sell that to finish my garage though. I still really miss that truck.
Current truck is an '05 superduty crewcab diesel dually. Needed to get something to drag the toys home with. sold the vette and put a down on that.
Welcome aboard. Is it starting to warm up in Canada yet for the year?
Don

Welcome aboard. Working on a deal for a 35 Frod p/u. Plenty of vettes for sale down here. Futher south you go, more plentiful they seem to be, plus cheaper.
thats one thing i like about the states you guys are really into your classics, for some reason we are not as much, altho there are some nice rides in the summer time. fuel and parts are a lot more up here gas just hit 1.05 a litreQuote:

74 -77 vettes are real plentiful in the northeastern US. There was one just down the street from me for a while for around 5,000
You can get a really nice one for under 10,000. All you should have to do is pick your color and options.
A beater one should beable to be had for around 5,000.
I know the value rises sharply when you go back any older. Any sttel bumper cars will command twice as much. Add a big block and the price escalates even further.
What part of Canada are you in? I'm only 2 hours from the border.
im from British Columbia about an hour east of Vancouver just north of Washington stateQuote:

Welcome aboard dana60. Yup you're getting the same darn weather we have been getting, we live about 60 miles south of Seattle. I just picked up a '23 T coupe last Feb. but haven't put but about 20 miles on it since I got it home. :(
