Welcome to the club. The 1st place I would start is the passenger side roof, would want to know what kind of surprises are lurking there befor I put a lot of time or energy into much else. If it's some bondo buggy rollover patch up, you would have to replace the roof, which shouldn't be hard to find in a junk yard. I would want to know how bad the worst damage is before I did anything else. Enjoy the project.
