My bad....
I realize that I may have been out of line by posting and not signing in.......I do apologize for that. Anyhow, as a late introduction, My name is Nate Looney. I just started my freshman year of college in San Angelo, Tx. I am looking to get back into drag racing (I know that it sounds funny for an 18 year old kid to want to get BACK into it, but I live a funny life, just look at my last name.)
My ride is a 1967 Camaro. I'm currently running a pretty stout 400 small block in it. It's been mini-tubbed to fit 31x13x15 goodyear eagles in the back linked to the 12 bolt with a limited slip diff. and 5.57:1 gears(car was built for 1/8 mile racing). I got the engine from my uncle who had it in a dragster after my grandfather and I threw a rod in the old engine:( Now my uncle has gone crazy and started hotrodding gocarts:D
Anyhow, I stumbled on this site a few days ago and I could tell that I can learn a lot from you "Geezers," so I hope you don't mind the fact that I might ask dumb questions due to the "blissful ignorance" a young kid might have.
I appreciate what you are doing here, especially the humorous spin that Streets puts on everything, so thanks for havin' me.

Dangerously close to a "bin"actually. There's a State School right outside of town! I enjoy playin' the "tunes." I play guitar in a band.

Welcome aboard Nate! And don't worry about the "dumb questions", there is no such thing here :3dSMILE:

Hey Nate, welcome. Yer Camero sounds like a nice jam jar, well done for not goin down the ricer route as so many 18 year olds do.
