I think 11.60 ( maby it's 11.50 ) is the fastest you will want to go for a NHRA sanctioned race, cause you won't need any safty gear other than the factory seat belts and a helmey. Sounds like a nice elky. I'd keep the paint for now, primer will draw moisture and cause surface rust. flat black paint would be a diffrent story.
