Hotrodding is my drug of choise. Back in the 60`s we didn`t call Summit with an order, we made it ourselves. If its different, I`ll build it and now that I live in the Palm Beach area I needed a new project. One of the local bluebloods stated that "When in Palm Beach, one must have a proper Hot Rod" I then knew what my new project would be and what it would take to make em crazy. I`m almost finished with a Chevy powered 1978 Mercedes 450SL convertable. 383 stroker, 700R4 and modified vette rear ( 3:73 pos ). The beginning was a nightmare but now its a breeze. Got a how to manual in the works so the next guy can have it easier. Since I have been accused of Defiling one of Palm Beaches Icons, I won`t be on their A party list.
