Hi!:D
hello!
An introduction...
well, to start off I'm from the Netherlands!
In 2000 I bought a real clean '66 t-bird coupé and registerred it here...
drove it for 3 years and at that time it started to get less flawless
It took some time, but right now I'm picking up on restauration and ofcourse I like to make that work with some personal ID on my ride...
It's not going to be a racer or heavy custom project...just want to make a not so ordinary (as if it were ordinary!!) '66 t-bird... one of the things that really hooked me, was the idea of rebuilding the engine and transmission, making it a little more agressive then stock, but not noticable on the outside...wolf in sheepsclothing would be excellent!:D
My main resource for parts is ebay, since it has to travel quite some distance , every time i buy parts, wich I can't get here or are just twice the price...
As we all now, ebay is getting quite crowded all over the world and really good deals a getting rare, so I thought to take another turn and look for parts and info by some other means!
that's how I came to this site!
greetz,
tom
