So I guess Im the new guy. I'm Jason. currently autobody student at The North Dakota State College of Science. They make me work on plastic cars. It sucks. but on weekends, I only work on metal.

I drive a four door 1956 BelAir. Her name is Miss Behaving. She's a hot little number, sporting a flat black dress, red shoes, and is shaved almost everywhere. keep your thoughts clean boys. However she strays from the "traditional" rods with a few "modern mods". 350 chevy, Ford 8" rear end, and S-10 front suspension/spindles. But she's far from being done.

future mods include suicide rear doors, air bag suspension, louvers, and flamethrowers.

my search for info on making her spit fire is what first brought me to your site. it looks great! keep up the good work.

man, that car sounds cool......if you get the chance post some pix of it. i'd like to see it. i am also in college for auto body. although i dont have to work on plastic cars, lol. in our shop there is a '49 merc thats chopped, a '50 chevy thats chopped and channeled, a '64 Bel-Air 4 door thats bagged w/wide white walls and red wheels, and many more. my ride of choice right now is a '70 dodge coronet wagon. welcome to the board

Well, if that '49 ever needs a good home, I'd be glad to take that "darn old car" off your hands...

Also, Jason, would that be Moorhead, Minnesota that you're from?

to visit the Sturgis area once every two
years...(Bike Week).. Alot of long
straight roads up that way to stretch
your beauty's legs....

yeah, that would be Moorhead, MN. Pics will be coming soon. Currently I'm rewiring everything. The last guys who owned her were... how should I put this... "special". I'm up to my eyeballs in wires, and am itching to get her back on the road.

Kustom OZ check out my flamethrowers on my 2 door 56' Merc Montclair, dropped 6." If you like my flames you can achieve this for $80 thats how much I paid for the kit, and I installed it myself, so it doesn't take a wiz kid to figure it out. Welcome Jason. I also attended NDSCS back in the early 80's. I'm sure its changed quite a bit since then. It's a good school, but I didn't think much of Wahpton. Good luck with your car and with the school thing, now the Fargo/Moorehead area is a differnt story. I think if I ever move back it has to be there. Hopefully I can get back and visit up there soon.

I don't know if I would consider North Dakota to be the most beautiful part in america. I don't know maybe being born and raised there as made me not appriciate it as much. It is better than some places, but I think I'll stick around Colorado for a while.
