Hi all,

Im Niall, I live in Ireland and I just got a '79 Camaro!! going to do abit of work on it!! nothing over the top.

welcome Niallbirl, always can use a few more ladies on the board. the few we have don't have any competition and some time they get a little uperdeee...... I'm sure that's missed spelled, but what the hell. :LOL: :LOL:

You know why he thought you were a girl? I just thought about this... Because the last part of your name says birl... At first glance it looks like girl. I bet you that's what it is. :D

How is anyone today or is it night where you are ???

Took the Camaro for a spin last night, man! it rocks!!!!!

Only thing is, there doesn't seem to be any high beam? any idea any one?

its 8:00 a.m. in va. right now, does the hi beam indercater come on in the dash? is the hi- beam in the floor or on the column?:whacked:

HI all,

No the Hi-beam indacator doesnt appear on the Dash and the swich is on the floor! Nothing happens whem I pass it!

Any ideas?

pull the carpet back and clean the plug at the dimmer. if that dont help you'll need a test light. test light should light up on the middle wire all of the time and one of the other wires will be hot on low and the other wire should be hot on hi beam. if you have voltage there, but not on both post ,then its the switch.

ps, nice looking big car you have there.:LOL:

Thanks for the advice, I give that a go over the weekend.

She's needs a little tidying here and there, but it doesnt seem to be as heavy on Gas as I thought! whooooopppp!!!!!!!! :-)
