Brittish Rodder
Hi folks, just registered on CRH, great site and resource particularly the deuce den. Just turned 50 and am going to give myself a present of a 32 hiboy to knock the socks off the unsuspecting british public. I got the hotrod bug when i worked in the states in the early 80's and have rodded several uk cars in the past but we do not have anything to match early US fords.(not that hasnt rusted totally away at least!) Anyway to cut to the chase the majority of parts will have to be imported and i am currently favouring the re-worked frame on offer from HRCS together with a dearborn deuce steel bod. Does anyone have any thoughts on possible problems with the need to build the car in right- hand driveform for good old blighty?

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
