New to the forums
Hello
My name is Matt and was just posting about me and my nova. Its a 1971 Nova SS. Its been miny tubbed and 8 point cage installed. Motor is a 454 bored 30 over, 10.5-1 commpresion, oval port open chamber heads, mild porting, single plane mani, 850 cfm DP Holley. Turbo 350 trans with 3000 stall, 12 bolt with 4.56 gear and mini spool and mosier axles. Weld drag start wraped in ET Streets. Runs a consistant 7.1 in the eigth. 4 inch cowl hood, hugger orange paint with black stripe. Once I figure out how to post pics and all will have some up here for ya. Looking forward to meeting ya'll.

Welcome to the club Matt. Sounds like a great running Nova, low 7s in the 1/8th is something to be proud of.

Matt it's good to see another Nova person here's a picture of mine as of December 26,2004, it is now all apart to finish it up for next season.
I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
