Don't you love companies who have such firm policies, regardless of if they screwed up or not?? TCI did the same to us on my Son's C4 transmission, we paid a hundred bucks to ship it back to them and a hundred bucks to get it back again. Transmission had maybe 200 miles on it and the front pump went out and wiped out the transmission.

You and I have the upper hand though Bill, we will never buy another TCI product, plus you and I have alerted a whole bunch of people who may also make a buying decision based on what our "word of mouth advertising" says. Companies who do these sort of things are so short sighted, they forget the power of the internet and how many people are influenced to buy or not buy based on what others experience.

You may want to contact your credit card company and enter a dispute on that amount, just to be safe.
