    Some serious Mopar sixes -

The first two pictures are of a "slant six" powered dragster built by Jim Nelson and Dode Martin of Carlsbad, Califonia, the "Dragmaster" and "Dragliner" boys.

The third and fourth pictures are of a really remarkable "G Gas" coupe built and raced by a guy named Pete McNichols from Hazel Park, Michigan. The car is an original (steel body) Willys coupe, and the engine is ..... get this! ..... an early 170 cubic incher, not a 225 c.i. later one. The 225 was the "big" engine!

Don Shillady speaks of Tex Smith's "XR6" roadster. Now, there was a true work of art. Sorry Don. I couldn't find a picture of that one.
