Rpms shouldnt run any higher due to vacuum advance. Thats mostly for idle/clean emissions. However, you should probably hook it up. Check any book and it should tell you which nipple. or just try one, hit the gun and try the other.
This may sound dumb, but what should I be listening of looking for when I do hook it up and gun it?
