chopped '37 Pontiac for door sedan
I got this car so it wouldn't just sit there until it went to hell, but I'm not going to do anything with it. I really want a coupe. The chop looks pretty good, and the rest of the body is actually in pretty good shape. There is quite a lille bondo in a couple spots, but it'll be a very CHEAP start to a cool car. The trunk lid and front sheetmetal is gone, but the stock frame is under it with the original ID tag right where it should be The firewall and most of the floor has been cut out. I'll take $500 for it, and it's in Alamosa, CO at the junction of US Hwys 160 and 285.Last edited by animalracer; 11-25-2007 at 02:56 PM.
No, if you were me, you'd do it just like I did.

I wonder if Chevy trunk lid and front end would fit on it? I'll bet that those bodies are close.

Have you called one of the big parts warehouses? Jegs or Summit I'm sure could offer you some direction. I tried some basic searches but the 153 tooth flywheel didn't come up.. I'd say a phone...
