    I have seen that car in person. It is awesome! And a steal at that price.

    that is a steal. you figure www.speedwaymotors.com has that assembly line '32 roadster that is resale red, basic interior ( '40 Ford Dash is a nice touch tho ) and they get 48k for it without a drivetrain and only an MSO for registration purposes. wish I had 50k

    MSO works just fine. You use it to get a VIN. No problem in most states.

    I know MSO's work. in NY I know they care less so it's no problem. there are so many ways to get custom cars titled, some legal, some legal when done legally. we don't require police verification of vins on lost registration vehicles, all you need is a vin trace and present that to the DMV
