For Sale ...1939 GMC P/U " Pro Street" Rod
FOR SALE ....RECIENTLY COMPLETED RESTORATION... One of a Kind ...
1939 GMC Shortbed Stepside Street Rod Pro- Street Pick-up Truck.
It is all steel and almost all original sheetmetal! The truck had almost no rust when restoration was begun less than a year ago. This truck has not been chopped or channeled it is all stock metal. It has the original frame with modern running gear. It has a FATMAN Front end, w/ tubular A arms, chrome coils, Rack & Pinion steering. The rear end is a Ford 9" 3.25 ratio with Wildwood rear disc brakes. This trucks rides and handles very very well! You won't be disappointed. The wheels are 17" billet specialties with custom offset. The Engine is a Chevy 388ci and shortly headers and dual exhaust with turbos that exit before the rear tires, sounds awesome. The truck has a brand new Walker radiator, that keeps it nice and cool. The transmission is a Turbo 350 that works excellent. The truck has a driveline loop. A custom-built 17-gallon fuel cell resides under the custom metal bed floor. The interior is all new with custom door panels with the old GMC logo on them, the seat has been completely rebuilt and recovered in black and gray. It has a GM tilt column with a steering wheel that matches the wheels, the stock gauges have been rebuilt and made to work with 12 volts, too cool! It has billet pedals and shift lever. There is a CD player in the glove box, it has all the stock bright work on the doors and the windshield still cranks out!!! All the windows have been tinted, and the headliner is completely finished in gray cloth.

Thanks guys! It's been a long road. Fun doing finishing work for sure. Getting the dash ready for paint and some interior trim. Have to do some finish work on the aluminum headliner before...
