FS: '54 Olds 88 2 door hardtop

I bought this car a little while ago to fix it up but it's become too much of a project for me. I don't have a garage, a lot of time, or the money to do what I want right now. The body is pretty rough. The 324 rocket runs but it needs the 2bbl carb to be rebuilt. The previous owner has the pump hooked up to a small fuel tank in the front and said the line between the fuel tank and pump is clogged. I haven't checked this. The fuel tank is good and does not leak. The tranny shifted good and the car did drive. The wheels are off it right now but I do have them. I don't however have any tires. They were badly rotted and didn't hold air. I can probably take some used 15's out of the pile of old tires from work so you can get the car out of here.

You can see in the pics that the doors, hood, trunk, roof, front fenders, and glass is all in great condition. I have the door handels and locks but they are off the car. The interior is pretty rough but the dash is in great shape. The steering wheel is good, and the seats are there. They have covers on them. The floor is pretty bad. The rockers are toast. The rear fenders are rotted out badly.

This would be a great car for someone who either had a '54 Olds, or a rod that they wanted to put an Olds drivetrain into. The frame is perfect. I barrowed $1500 bucks from a friend to pay for the car and would like to get that so I can pay him off. I can't really deliver it. I'm located in Latham, NY. A few miles from Albany. Has registration.
