If some attention where paid to the "Build" section of this forum or study the suspension threads you would have had your question answered. Every Rod builder that I know has put alot more time into making his/or her chasis as modern and as safe as can be humanly possibly, probably alot safer than your Benz. With that in mind, controlled fast driving is very easy to do safely and is also something that is DONE very seldomly as Al show said.
