Thread: how rare are 55 ford wagons

I saw a nice 2 door wagon in a junkyard last year. It was in good shape but missing the engine, trans and hood. I asked about it but it was already sold. It's probably someones project now. It should show up at a car show around here. I should have tracked down the owner because I have a spare 55 hood.

I doubt that only 200 wagons had a T-bird engine. You could get any engine you wanted in 55 and the T-bird engine was very popular at the time.
