Muffler Inserts
Got tired of setting off car alarms going to my favorite burger joint. Please check out Car Chemistry inserts. In the picture below it shows left to right, the original insert (no holes in disk) - very loud and harsh), CC's 3DI35L insert (almost there but a tad to loud for me), and then the custom insert I designed and had them make which is perfect in both tone and loudness. The extensions I use are 20" long and 3 1/2" diameter.
Haven't posted in awhile and just wanted to pass on the info.

Nice Milner, and nice to see you posting again. How's that wing working out for you too?

Hi Ya Milner. good to see your post, glad you were able to work things out with them, maybe your design will help some others in the future.

Thanks for the replies. Mufflers are difficult simply because if you take ten people, you will get ten different answers on what sound they want. All I can say is that this setup works for me.
The wing came out just the way I wanted - can't really notice a difference due to the angle I have it set and also it's below the roof line but it looks cool (at least to me). I will say that on the freeway, this car tracks like it's on rails. It's probably a combination of shape, tires, and wing.
Have a great day.
