    Power trunk lift 1937-1940 Ford Tudor sedan. Any one using one

     



    Wife and kid having issues lifting the deck lid.

    Anyone using a power trunk lift or linear actuator on their trunks?

    Pictures/videos/suggestions would be very helpful..

    This one is for a '34 but they say to call if your vehicle is newer than that...obviously, yours is...LOL Power Trunk Lift Kit

    Yeah the travel limit is too short. Only 14". Guess it's ok if you're 4'9". Wife is 5'7" doubt she'll want to stoop to get in the trunk.

    Looking at the Dakota digital linear actuators, just can't find any video of the in action. And the Dakota install instructions are kinda lame.

    Maybe. I've actually found several videos of this unit online being installed and it seemed messy.
