    Unhappy 1926 chrysler sedan / 1940 ford axles

     



    I have put 40 Ford axles under my 26 Chrysler sedan. Every thing in the front axle was rebuilt. The car steers quick and wants to wander. I have played with the caster and toe with little success. ANY IDEAS OUT THERE.

    Did you compare the lengths of things like the pitman arm / idler arm from the original parts?
    did you mix the ford and mopar parts?
