Tha's just plain cool. Some guys get real creative with them.
The only one I got anymore is made out of white porcelain.

That's very nice! I used an old whiskey bottle on a 46 Dodge I put a cummins in for a guy years ago. I can't find any pictures of it though.Ryan

I have a mini Heineken keg on my shelf, waiting to be repurposed as a catch tank..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

I was going to mention the GI canteen--Bob beat me to it----I used the cup holder as a bracket (back in 60s ?) And bayonet handle as end for dipstick------
Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
