Hi Guys, it's been a while
Thought I would stop by and say hello and apologize for my absence at Club Hot Rod. I need to do some reading to catch up with what you guys have been up to. Things are going well for me, I am retired these days and still have my custom '53 Studebaker. I also have recently picked up a good old memory car, a tribute to one I had back in the early 70s. That would be a 1968 Chevy Biscayne, big block, 4 speed, 12 bolt. It is not an original car, it did start life as a V8 and the 12 bolt is date correct and has the 3.73 gears that stamped code says it had originally. As some time in its life it has been a drag car, it has tow tabs welded onto the front frame. Currently is has a .030 over 454, oval port heads, solid lifter cam, Edelbrock intake with a Holley 3310. Makes a pretty good image of an L72 427/425 hp that I want to pay tribute to. Transmission is an M21 with a Hurst Super shifter. It runs great and I have been making a few changes to it to give it a Day 2 image similar to the L72 Biscayne I Had back in the day. Here are a few pictures. Hope you like them.
