Could be a Gibbon, based on the pictures at their current website.
33-34 Coupe Bodies
Downs went out of business and sold their molds to a new owner.

Not sure it matters, since most brands don't offer a ready-made windshield frame. If would probably have to be custom made, from the windshield or the hardboard pattern for it.

Williams street rods makes one for the gibbons body. I'd rather go that route than getting a bare one, chopping it and then having it chromed.
