Quad Turbos, blowing into a Roots blower!
Check this out, I have seen this before, but he had twin turbos and a tunnel ram instead of the blower. He said the turbos did not spool up well enough to launch the V-drive boat. He is still experimenting but it does actually run and work. Motor is a 360 inch SBC.
