1927 Chassis Numbers Decoding Help

so heres my most recent find and now after trying to research the plaque on the rear of the car frame i'm starting to get stumped. heres some pics, the id tag was on the rear passenger side of the car. 3 of the 4 wood spoke wheels said chevrolet and one said pontiac. i don't have the axle number yet as i had to go get a trailer to pick it up tomorrow. in the meantime though i thought it best to try and ask for some help here.

The funny thing was i'd only went out there to pick up an old flathead ford v8 from the kid and next thing i know their sayin if ya want it, take it. so how could i resist a complete frame with id tag on it??

after doing some research it certainly appears to be a pontiac frame. is there any way to decode the chassis/frame tag thats riveted to the back of this thing? id like to title the frame from the tag on the back but im thinkin i need to be sure of the model of car this frames from. any ideas??
