    These are the QA1 part numbers and springs rates. # 721395 with a 500lb rate on the spring for the front and # 721485 with a 300lb spring for the rear. Hope this helps.

    WOW!!!! That's stiff compared to mine and well beyond the AFCO charts which say 300-350s. I hope your vendor is right!!!!

    I just bought some Bilsteins from RCD and they highly recommend a spring rate of 225lbs.,,, that what I went with on My coilovers.
    NICE GUYS FINISH FIRST.....

    And that's why I started this thread. A lot of numbers and info gets thrown around. Maybe we can all learn a thing or two and yes, this is my first coil over car.

    The funny thing is.. it's the same vendor! Afco! He says he'll stand behind them if I find them to stiff and swap'em to a "lighter" rate spring no hassle! Oh, did you know who owns AFCO? I just found out it's Speedway!
