    I would take a serious look at the two-tone '32 3W highboy here:

    That is a lot of car for under 30 grand, and you would be hard put to find anything like it under 40 grand, normally. Now, you cannot tell from a photo what the workmanship is like, but at that price you could afford to fix a few things. And if you really want a black car--it is already over halfway there. If I was looking for a new ride, I would jump in this in a New York minute! The first question I would ask would be "Who is the body's manufacturer." I would definitely want to know this before going any further.
