Taking the shape and style of the truck, I'd consider an "artillery" style round spoke aluminum wheel or a chromed steel wheel.

The truck's personality will be affected by your wheels.
"Performance look"... mags, like 5-spokes... halibrands... or others commonly used on race cars.
"Vintage look"... steelies... baby moons... full moons
"Custom look"... chromes... dress mags... wire wheels
"out-of-date"... directional mags :-)~
"Weird"... 6 or more spokes :-)~
Halibrands would be the ultimate. Wrong period for Artillery wheels.
I would be looking at something like cragar gray painted street pro's,then painting the main spoke your rose color so you have a set of wheels that really match your truck.Just my thoughts,I'm sure anything you go with will look great on that truck.
Well, the wifie narrowed it down to 3, then those choices went out to a survey in the shop...I'm thing the winner will look nice, and capture the "look" we're shooting for with this build...

Thanks for all of your input!!!
Love it! Good choice!!
I think those will go very nicely with the truck and go well with the color sceme too! Way to go wifie! Nice paint details on the engine too. Looks like a very top notch ride.
Yep, I think that you ended up with a perfect choice for the truck! And like Steve says, that engine bay is a thing of beauty. Going to be a great truck for Mama.
still waiting to see the finished product.
Here ya go. He posted in another thread. http://www.clubhotrod.com/hot-rod-ta...-new-52-a.html
I like the Vintage 40 series...Just my 3 cents. I have them on my 51 Chevy gasser. Vintage Wheel Works
That's the right choice for that truck, and you can leave the color alone or paint them the rose color, either way it's a great looking P.U. Very well done.;)
