Anyone have any experience with a Downs body recently? I am interested in a 5 window coupe body and was wonderinng what the quality is like these days.

Recent bodies who knows---but I have had 5 bodies from them---and all but one was nice, you could cut down the mold seams in the gelcoat and pinstripe them and drivem.

One 32 5 w wasn't really outstanding---I got it as they were in major expansion/change ownership after old man got sick and it was put together by some new kids that weren't very good.

One thing was that I took frames to them and the bodies were built up on my shop frames, not on a set of saw horse fixtures
