Forte's is 29+
Hi Guys,
Well it's been over 29 years as Forte's Parts Connection now. I have a hard time believing so many years have gone by. To think I became a WD for Doug Nash Engineering in 1982, WD For McLeod 1982, Lakewood 1983, Ford Racing 1985 and so on........... and so many other companies. WOW!!!
I can see the years in the mirror when I see the gray haired man that was just in his mid 20's. I used to have almost black hair. My draft card says I weigh just 155 lbs.
I've lived well and want to thank everyone for their past and present business and friendships too & especially my parents & family.

Happy Birthday Mike! In today's business climate 29 years in business is indeed an accomplishment!!!! As for the grey hair, that's from hi-mileage, not age!!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Good on you Mike.
That grey hair thing must be a result of running a successful business. My hair was dark too when I started mine............now?.............not so much.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

Sheesh, 29 years owning the same business.......
Rumor has it you now have more gray hair than I do and because of it you don't look a day over 80

congrats Mike. I ran my own business for 7 years before I sold out and went to work for the steady pay check.
Wouldn't go back and change it, but also wouldn't go back and do it again :P

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
