Looks to me that you are missing the wood up there on the header panel,thats what you would normally screw the motor to. I do know that my buddies Bob and Gavin @ www.newportwipers.com came up with a trick dual wiper system for the model A's. By the way the motor you have is made for boat windshields and found their way into hundreds of model A's.
