Begginer Questions Please Help !!

hey,
i am a 17 year old high school kid, that just spent 8500 on a 1937 Plymouth 4 door

I whould like any info you have that could help me make this a great looking and running rod

i whould like to know how and where i can get a radiator for the plymouth, its in working condition but its old and i would like to know where to get one before it breaks and the car is down a couple of weeks !!!!!!!!!

if you have or know anyone with a good lookin plymouth or have any ideas for my plymouth please e-mail me and tell me about them

Roddin or restorin? makes a diffrence on what radiator u get ( usally ). Suicide the rear doors if not done arleady.

I like the aluminum-core radiators from www.griffinrad.com . It's a well-built, sturdy piece. Tell them length, width, height, hose orientation, and cooling needs...they will hook you up!

$85 hun w/ a 350 and it needs a radiator, + it aint "a great looking and runnin rod" already. You shoulda come here before ya bought it! But since yer bein SO pleasant, heres some advice. Get a tape measure an go to the junyard.

If you are looking to get a new radiator, your best bet to get proper fit would be to send your old one to Walker, for copper/brass, or Griffen for aluminum. Give the the engine specs you will be using with it and also if you will be running an automatic trans, if you would like the trans cooler built into the radiator. They can also build in an engine oil cooler if you like, but I personally prefer to use a stand alone cooler to for trans cooling and also for engine oil cooling.

I see a comment about your purchase price on the car. Well, if you liked the car and where happy with the price, then it don't make no nevermind what anyone else things about it.

Dang, I see these post and really can't believe what some of ya spout. I guess some of you have never ever spent more than you should on your ride!! Yeah right!!! Look in the mirror. I would have thought better of those posting this. Oh well.
