yes the city allows us to set up a controlled burn out area on the street.the city marshall loves it. a lot of stuff thats not street legal are allowed to cruise also.

Probably because they know,like our local cops down here,that they arent going to have any hassles with the hot rodding crowd,and it isnt going to go on all night,as we have homes to go to,and most of them are human..

My family bounced between Noel & SW City (parents in school system) for my first 20 years, then moved away in '67 about the time I joined the Navy. I get back for an occasional Noel HS reunion, and plan to be in Noel for their next all school reunion June 2012, God willing.
