It's $562 a year for 2 Corvettes and the Stepside on $55,000. agreed value, total.

I wonder what would happen if you had a completed car with Grundy and decided to tear it down for a total rebuild. Would you have to remove it from your Grundy policy until it was finished or would they drop it if you had a claim and found out the car had switched from drivable to project.

I'm not picking on Grundy here. Other companies won't write projects either. Hot Rodders being what they are, cars often switch from drivers to projects and, hopefully, back to drivers again. I would just hate to find out after I filed a claim that my car would not be covered because I had it blown apart for a chassis rebuild and detail.

Grundy will cover a car during construction/reconstruction so it can be moved from shop to shop like many who have 'others' build their cars. You do need to inform them as to what is going on though.
