Thanks for the link Robin, I think the '33 Tudor will clean up the awards, difficult to compete against a John Reid built car. My personal pick would be the real steel '32 Roadster with pale blue paint and wire wheels. I also noticed that the number of Hot Rods seem to be down and the growing number of Street Machines taking over, but then the Pre-49 Nationals are on in ChCh next weekend so maybe people are struggling money wise and can only take in one event.:HMMM:
Looks like some very nice cars showing up for the event!!! But of course all the nicest cars are Fords!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, I still like the Mopars, too.. Many moons ago used to do some drag racing in one of them!
Yes the finish on all JR cars are world class. I would like to see him build something for entry into AMBR show just to see how he stacks up against some of them famous yank rod builders. Now guys,a reminder on that old saying," The only way to make a Ford to go,is to put a Chevy into it!"
Dave,I have found that Mopar guys and Ford guys seem to have a lot in common...is it cunning?or speed??:D[stirrer] Anyway, this is where I bushwhack my own thread, and put in a couple of pix of our 65 Monaco, stroked big block,727,and more torque than a disliked politician..:D

Sold it five years back to help with the rebuild on Lyndas Customline, but bought the F100 in and started up the glass business,so the Cusso is back to bits and pieces when we can...again..:whacked:
