Update on the Thames ......
.... after 10 days in the new shop, here's an update on the Thames :eek:
Josh has the injector unit mocked up and we decided to cut a full inch off each of the velocity stacks to allow for better vision through the windshield

the hole in the firewall to mount the brake booster and master cylinder will be filled in ........ he has figured out a way to mount it to the frame and have the pedal come through the bottom of the firewall

He sanded the aluminum rear doors by hand (said if we had tried to media blast them we would have destroyed them) ............ they had up to 3/8" of filler putty on them ......... each one weighs less than 5 pounds now

some of the aluminum on the door backs was damaged to the extent that new supports needed to be fabricated ........... here's the support for the left door

we have made more progress in the past 10 days at Richardson's than we made in the last 6 months at the old shop :D:D
