'maro help!!!

Ok, here's a shot of my mutant 'maro...

Wondering if you guys had any good grille ideas for the front end???

The front grill area looks like a 72 mustang, might look good if you used that as a starting point.

Thanks for the photshop Matt!!! I like the idea, but would of course have to recreate the look in aluminum or stainless---I hate plastic!

Jim and Bone---Yeah, I was thinkin' a Ford front too....Had kind of a Torino look in mind.... but maybe a combination of all three Ford ideas would work????

Mike--- That was my first plan...a pair of smoked lexan covers from the outside into the grille opening, then all black anodized stainless mesh grille........

Id say 80's maro. Chevy , ford 2 different things you should not be able to mix Chevy and ford.:confused::eek:

The car is an '82, I already threw away all the plastic crap that GM had on it!!!!

Yeah???? Well, I tell you what..... You get all the guys to quit putting chebbie engines in everything and I won't put a grille in my 'maro that may or may not resemble something that was once in a Ford!!!!!!:LOL::LOL::LOL: If the car weren't being built for resale it would have a 408 Windsor in it!!!!!

I had the exact same thought! A 71 to 73 era mustang. It looks like a natural from here.
