    No Snow?

What a FANTASTIC COUPE! The paint and the peaked trunk lid look really good, and the car is a "Cad" at heart! The part I like best is the open roof. Any plans for a green plexiglass insert or a canvas cover? I recall there was a model of VW sedan that had a sliding canvas roof (my Dad had one!). Maybe the repo/repair kit for the VW could be adapted to the A coupe. A sliding white canvas roof would show good against the dark paint, but since you have no snow you can enjoy summer year round! Maybe the easiest thing to do would just have a top shop make a white top with snaps around the edge. Take a look at some dune buggy tops where the front edge folds backward into a slot in the front edge and then just has snaps around the sides. Back on page 4 you mention plans for that so I hope to see the details. By the way what is your rear gear ratio? My roadster is as far back into my garage as I can get it while waiting for the snow to go away!
