Very nice work! Love the progress pics, keep them coming when you get the chance.
Just one question, what did you use to drill the holes through your axle?

Old Hot Rodder: Well instead of using glue you weld.

1" hole saw in a drill press. Went reallly slow. lots of fluid, took about an hour and a half. Cleaned it up witha flapper sander in a die grinder
