When shopping around for tires for my Deuce project, I found that by the time you shop around online, pay for shipping, then pay to have them mounted and balanced, a local tire supplier is very competitive. Plus if there are any issues with the tires, they are there to back them up. I visited several local tire stores, told them upfront that I was shopping for the best deal possible and would compare their price to other shops, they were willing to deal.

Yea to tell the truth if i can find a cheaper price on the internat my local tire store will beat that price. But I have to show them the web site. Thats how I bought my wheels Thanks
NO it is not a excellent response my Question has not been answered .
:LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL:
My first response is to unload on you, but no, I've done enough of that lately. :eek:
Google is your friend... Coker and tirerack probably good but like I said google it
summit and jegs probably carry them too
Thanks skids for a real answer. I hope all is ok with your engine. how many rounds did you go (hopefully all the way).
Yeah... I thought google it was a smart a$$ answer myself... However apt :)
Yes, your question was answered. You asked, "who has the best deal on tires". Based on my personal experience when searching for 'the best deal', my reply suggested you check with a local tire supplier. If you were looking for an 'exact' name for a supplier, you should have specified that in your original (non specific) question. Maybe I should have told you to Google it, let you do the homework, seems that is the answer you prefer. :3dSMILE: I was simply trying to help. :LOL:

I'm not shy!--It all depends where you live and what your willing to go through to find a deal. Bottom line--do it yourself! One mans deal may not be good for you. Summit or Jegs is a very good answer to your question + you get good backing on the tires.**)
Another consideration on mail order tires is getting them mounted and balanced once you get them...... Around here, it's expensive when you bring your own skins....I've done business with the same tire guy for years....when I buy the tires from him the mount and balance is free....With the exception of putting tubes and slicks on bead lock wheels!!!!!!!!:LOL::LOL::LOL:
All I can tell you is to stay away from Pep Boys and Walmart.:(
