Yeah Dave, but you've had experience, know the clearances by heart and have the proper Freebisher wrenches. Consider the poor newbie.

When I flew for Uncle Sam, we used to send new airmen after, "a hundred feet of flight line", or "five gallons of prop wash"...

However, we really did have whiffle-trees and snatch-blocks and let me tell you, there was some real eyebrow raising when trying to explain what they were used for..

later on, when I was assigned to a joint-services special operations group out of Brussels, I was a part of a Tactical Warfare Action Team. We changed the name when a young female captain was assigned to the group....

Hey gang - coming from Minnesota, there are always the Ole and Sven's tools that are needed to fix dang near anything mechanical.

The "awwchit" wrench is the one that rounds a perfectly square bolt.
The "disblows" brake line flush kit.
The "Yeo-dat-hurts" hammer for losening brake parts.
The "Grabda-wrongwrench" for those bolts that are under the car, in a tight spot, and the wrong size.
The "Stupid stupid stupid" stud extractor that snaps off in the stud.
The "GEEdats hot" thermal temperature probe (a.k.a. your burnt finger).
