Thanks for the tip. I jacked up the rear and tied spinning the tire by hand but it had resistance. Can't spin a full rotation. Instead it was more like turning a non-powered steering wheel while making an u-turn.

I can only imagine shaving off 2 seconds or so in the quarter mile.
